
If you've missed your period, one of the first things that may have popped into your head is that you may be pregnant, and while that may be true there, you can still have some bleeding or spotting when it's time for your menstrual cycle. And along with all of these symptoms you will be eating for two and gaining weight. It is important for all moms-to-be that maintain a healthy diet and exercise program to help you and your growing baby.
