Furman Sound has released the IT-20 II balanced isolation transformer, which is targeted for use in critical, low-noise applications. The unit can supply 20 amps of balanced AC power with more than 80 dB of common-mode noise reduction from a frequency range of 20 Hz to 20 kHz. The IT-20 II features a switchable ground isolator, a laboratory-grade digital voltmeter, and Furman's proprietary Linear Filtering Technology, which reduces transverse noise, according to the company. The HPR152F (pictured here) two-way, bi-amplified loudspeaker system features a 15-inch cone transducer, a 3-inch voice coil, a 1.75-inch diaphragm, and 500 W continuous power.
