Balanced isolation transformer

Furman Sound has released the IT-20 II balanced isolation transformer, which is targeted for use in critical, low-noise applications. The unit can supply 20 amps of balanced AC power with more than 80 dB of common-mode noise reduction from a frequency range of 20 Hz to 20 kHz. The IT-20 II features a switchable ground isolator, a laboratory-grade digital voltmeter, and Furman's proprietary Linear Filtering Technology, which reduces transverse noise, according to the company.
